Violet can be found out by the pool, plugged into her music player. She's far too pale to even think of tanning, so she's just enjoying the sun and her music, huge sunglasses almost taking over her face

"Violet, isn't it? Hi, how are you doing?" Have a Harvey, who is trying to do something besides work for a change.

Violet freezes for a moment as her hands go back to normal and she lays them flat on her lap. "I'm fine," she says, clearing her throat. "How're you?"

"Keeping myself busy," Harvey answers, in what perhaps might be the understatement of the year. "I'm glad to hear you're doing well."

Emma is wandering around, teddybear in hand, and she happens to go by the pool. She sees Violet and thinks something about the girl's hands is odd but she's not quite close enough to tell what so she scampers closer, incredibly curious as always.

Immediately, she returns her hands to normal and nervously folds them in her lap. She smiles awkwardly at the girl.

She smiles brightly, all six year old friendliness. "Hi! I'm Emma."

Her smile is a little shy- teenage awkwardness. "I'm Violet. What's your friend's name?"
