"Well, by rights I should be dead, so..." a shrug. "But I don't feel dead. Rather a relief to at least be out of fucking Belgium."

"Been wondering that myself all day." O-Ren pauses by the side of the couch looking down at him. "I'm pretty sure by now that it's 'not.' Are you just going to lie there and bleed or what?"

"Good for you." Not that she sounds particularly pleased for him. "Now get up, you're staining the couch."
