Since it's impossible for him not to be loud while his typist is in Paris it's almost Christmas -- even if he doesn't precisely celebrate it, Enjolras is sitting in the main room reading with Florelle the cat on his lap. He looks up every so often to eye the piano (yes, there is one), and may even play a few Christmas carols if someone asks. ( Read more... )

Enjolras looks up and smiles, though it's brief, it is genuine. "Hello, Marius. I've been about, though not generally out here."

What can we say, the holidays put him in a good mood. Enjolras shrugs and scritches Florelle for a moment, then replies, "Well, one would expect you to be busy with your wife."
