*Where there was a polished Victorian dandy, there's now a waxy-featured man with curly red hair, wearing a three-piece suit and a long overcoat. He can usually be seen wearing two pairs of Ray-Bans, but they're lost in the recesses of his pockets at the moment, and an observer might notice the slightly cloudy quality his eyes have taken on -- he's very quickly going blind, and his step is not as steady as it once was (not that he was ever sober long enough to be particularly steady anyway)*
