She's not going to say anything, just stand there, arms crossed, and survey things with a raised eyebrow and a slight smirk.*

A slight, not-quite-friendly nod. Millicent's never been one for speaking without a reason -- or, although it may seem different to those who don't know her, starting unprovoked trouble.

She's a little surprised by the smile, but no reactions show.

*haughtily* Just as well.

She smirks, not offering any other response.

... Millicent! Oh, -finally-! Merlin, this place is -aweful-! You have -no- idea. But I'm sure it'll be better now that you're here!

Millicent laughs slightly -- not unkindly, but not exactly out of good humour either. "Casting an awful large expentancy on me, aren't you, Pansy? Now, with an introduction like that, you'll have to tell me what's so awful."

Everything is, Millie. It's so backwards here, so...abnormal. For example, look at those two *points to Harry and Draco*.

A raised eyebrow. "What do you mean? What about them?"

*quizzical expression, one would not call it either a smile or a frown* *notes the robes and rather hopes to observe her quietly before greeting her* *he's wearing elven robes himself--the underrobes of what had been a much more formal outfit*

However, Milli happens to be rather observant. She notices. Especially the expression.

"Hello."

Nothing to do for it then, but to be polite. "Ah hello, mademoiselle. Are you new here?" He still isn't smiling, but perhaps doesn't look as worried as he had.

And as long as he's polite, then she'll be the same. "Seems like I am. I just arrived, at any rate."
