She wanders past the chair initially, not expecting a gift, but doubles back as her eyes catch the "Mione" part of the note. She looks more closely, discovering that the gift is indeed meant for her and at this, she stands back and just gapes.

*comes up behind her and wraps his arms around her in a hug* Surprise.

She wasn't really paying too much attention, which is something she'll -have- to work on, and as such, is surprised at Elrohir's sudden presence.

Ro! ... You didn't do this! Tell me you didn't! The look on her face is somewhere between touched, surprised and disbelief.

It was my idea. Legolas helped, but we both quickly found out we had next to no skills in carpentry. So Legolas asked Alistair to help. Between the three of us, it came into being.

We thought it would be a nice gift for you to rock your babies to sleep in.
