... well.
You will still fight?

*notes this* Ah, forgive me. I am-- changed, by no will of my own. It is my hope that afore any battle requires me, I shall be returned. Yet if I am not, I will not desert you. I will still fight.

*nods slowly* .... very well. I thank you.

I don't believe we are familiar, but the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Death at that bastard's hand is an indignity no one deserves to suffer. My services are at your call.

*eyes Quirrel appraisingly* You are one of the wizards, yes?

Indeed. I... feel I should say, for the sake of full honesty, I was in the employ of Lord Voldemort in my youth, in a misguided attempt at importance. But the bitterness of dying at his hand is one I know personally, and I can assure you I've borne no loyalty to him or his cause for many years.

*raises an eyebrow* Is that so. *a little more suspicious towards former servants of Voldemort now, alas*

Count me in. Nobody messes with mine and gets away with it. My niece Enyo also offered to get involved if there's blood and such, I believe.

Enyo? Is she not one of the gods?

Yep. Me too. Name's Hecate. I don't think we've had the pleasure of meeting.

Me neither. Hm. I must admit that my past experience with... your kind hasn't been particularly reassuring...

You're welcome. I'll do what I can, although I still don't know if it will be much.

Oh? *interested look* May I ask why you only 'may be able'?

I must speak with my husband on the matter; I have a family to consider before I commit entirely to take action.

Sir -

I am afraid I will not be able to join in any battle - my husband has requested that I not fight, and I can not deny him this and endanger myself so with our baby to think of.

If I may lend my assistance in any other way through the provision of weapons or the healing of the wounded should anyone become harmed, please do not hesitate to send word for me.

Apologies and regards,
- J. King
