I think perhaps it is time that we make a list of those we hope to see in this lovely place. I have been pondering such a question for a good while and I believe many of you are also thinking about those whom you either miss or would like to meet ( Read more... )

People from the Belgariad and Mallorean. Most notable Belgarath and Silk. what can I say? I have a weak spot for crooks
The goddess Aphrael from the Elenium and Tamuli.

You caught me. I'm a sucker for David Eddings. Terrible, I know.

My typist wishes to add Boq from Wicked and the witches from Macbeth. And Dumbledore, and Mad-Eye Moody, and Artemis Fowl from Artemis Fowl.

I would go on, but she seems to degraded into just squealing how much she loves this character and that character and well, I never should have let her have any say at all.

Artemis Fowl! What a great character...again, yet another one who reminds me of Anakin. There seem to be quite a few characters like that here, though I'm betting he and Draco would get along, even if he isn't a wizard.

I would also like to add Snape. Because I really want to be able to kick his ass see him and Sirius fight over me.

Hmm... I would like for Armand to join us I do rather miss him. And perhaps Lestat and Louis although he will piss me off.

My typist is putting in a request for Steve and Ghost from Lost Souls, Jack/Narrator from Fight Club, and Victor Mancini from Choke.

Since the major (and a few minor) characters from my novel are already present (the Phantom, the Ingenue, the Viscount, the Persian, the Count, and the Toad Carlotta), I suppose I should hope for some of my "classic villain" comrades. It would be quite nice to see Dracula show up so that we can bicker about which one of us is cooler. My typist would love for Éowyn of Rohan to join, though I cannot say I know who that is.

You are very much so cooler, M. le Fantome.

Merci beaucoup, M. Lupin. I must say I agree.

Anyone from The Importance of Being Earnest, Humbert Humbert from Lolita (such a refreshing person!), and perhaps Captain Hook from Peter and Wendy.

Oh, Captain Hook! Yes, certainly, him too!

I should of course very much like to see Jack Aubrey and my dear Diana. The young lady meanwhile professes herself astonished that no one from the works of Mr Philip Pullman has yet arrived. Polar bears, madam? First rabbits, then bears?

My typist is clapping her hands in glee at the prospect of anything related to Pullman. Another one of her strange obcessions no doubt.
