To be perfectly frank, I often feel lost when I'm in the chats. There are logs posted in various journals, but I think news posts about what's going on would be a wonderful thing.

[Typist] Agreed here. When the Hades mess was going on, Horatio was utterly mystified. I think he only ever found out about two of Hamlet's deaths, anyway, and each time it came as a complete shock and he learnt about a day after everybody else. O_o To cite a random example.

So, er, yes. Weekly newsdate might be just the thing. [/typist]

Typist: Hamlet only died twice, actually. Sorry 'bout that, by the way. I'm doing my best to keep him alive and sane from now on, mostly for the sake of you and poor Horatio. That said, though, chat updates are always a good idea. Even those of us who do chat tend to miss quite a bit.

[Typist] Ack, only twice? See how confused I am!

No, no, no. 'Twasn't your fault at all, and I'm not reproaching; I'm simply pointing out that it took a while for us to know.

But. Um. Please don't let him die again, for all that. [/typist]

*no more dying for hamlet. simply isn't going to allow it.*

*'course, ros did a lovely job of not allowing it the last time hamlet died, but. this time he promised.*

I understand. Could Dumbledore say a thing or two in the other community? His guidance for the order can be largely handled from here I'd think if he gives good instructions and answers questions. I'm in the chats alot, so Molly is at his disposal.

yeah, i'd like to see more stuff happening on the journals in general -- me and ros aren't the quickest people in the world, and everything's so quick in the chats, that even when we're there half of it goes over our heads. ('course, ros usually gets distracted by something shiny, and i retreat to the ooc chat, but that's beside the point. whatever that was.)

plus i've been too busy to get into a chat lately. posts are nice, because i can respond to them at my own leisure, in-between madly studying for physics. but that's just personal preference.
