This curse creates a vulnerability to sunlight and...a dependence upon the blood of other human beings.

"You must feed on your own kind?" She's trying very hard not to be repulsed, but it is unsettling.

*she nods* There are those among us who have tried to feed from animals instead, but that is not nearly so effective.

T: Yes, Pandora knows. Maharet should ask her about feeding.

"That is detestable." And yes, she is repulsed, and it may be tinted with compassion if she feels regret from Maharet.

I do not always kill, when I can avoid it. And humans die from so many causes, always have - the death I give them is relatively painless. I make my amends in my own manner.
