Hungry vampire is hungry.

Henry's been stupid, hasn't been feeding enough, and consequently this evening, after being sure Anita and Phedre are both somewhere safe, he's going hunting. Next human he sees, he's probably going to kill. Hungry vampires aren't very discriminating, and he promised both his ladies he'd take care of himself ( Read more... )

He's not exactly human, but Elves aren't really that far off, are they? Pityo is distracted, staring up at the stars, and doesn't notice Henry's presence.

Really, snacking on him right now would probably be doing him a favor.

Well then, typist permitting, Henry pads up behind him and pinions his arms, holding him still with iron strength, and sinks his teeth into Pityo's neck without further ado.

Typist wouldn't be posting if she weren't permitting, yeah? Good case of dead is what the boy needs right now anyway.

Pityo immediately twists and struggles, attempting to free himself, but the vampire is undoubtedly far too strong and he's drinking too fast, the struggles cease quickly and he hangs limp as conciousness finally fades. The oblivion when it comes is almost a relief.

All in all, it doesn't take long.

Henry catches him before he falls and takes him outside, heading for the woods. Because they're the best place to hide dead bodies, and questions would be inconvenient.

What? Yes, he's had to do it before. Of course.

Here, then, is a mostly unsuspecting Jonathan Harker, on a late-night hunt for some tea. He's been reading, and would like to continue, thus the hunt for sustenance. If Henry'd like to act, he'd better do it quickly, because Jonathan tends to be a bit jumpy, especially when it's late and he's by himself.

Henry does move quickly. And silently, too. And catches his arms first, tethering them.

Jonathan yelps and struggles, trying to turn and see what sort of trouble he's ended up in this time. "I say, what do you think you're doing?" he finally says quietly, trying to keep his voice level.

Henry shifts slightly, baring his teeth and not loosening his hold. "Hold still," he says, and even raw with hunger his voice is silky.

[Typist: Am I too late to reply? I've been gone.]

*Mina can't sleep, and is going to get herself some tea - her normal remedy for such things - when she practically runs into Henry, not seeing him in the dark*

[T: No, not at all! Glad to see you're back.]

Henry automatically starts to step back, but instinct overcomes urge and he reaches to catch her shoulders instead, hoping she doesn't see his face.

[Typist: Thank you! :)]

*She can't quite. She pulls away from his hands on her shoulders, though, instinctively* Excuse me? Who is that?

He takes a quick step back, restraining himself only barely. This could be very, very, bad. "Pardon me. I didn't see you."

He does not want to bite Mina Harker. The consequences of that could be naaaasty indeed. But it's really hard to think rationally when all he can smell is her bloodscent.
