Pityo immediately twists and struggles, attempting to free himself, but the vampire is undoubtedly far too strong and he's drinking too fast, the struggles cease quickly and he hangs limp as conciousness finally fades. The oblivion when it comes is almost a relief.

Henry catches him before he falls and takes him outside, heading for the woods. Because they're the best place to hide dead bodies, and questions would be inconvenient.

Henry automatically starts to step back, but instinct overcomes urge and he reaches to catch her shoulders instead, hoping she doesn't see his face.

He does not want to bite Mina Harker. The consequences of that could be naaaasty indeed. But it's really hard to think rationally when all he can smell is her bloodscent.
