Well, he's back. The Mansion, whether because of the plothole's disappearance, or some sadistic impulse of its own, has failed to provide dry-cleaning services, and although his skin is clean and unhurt, his clothes are absolutely soaked in dried blood and completely ruined, especially the yellow sweater. There is an audible sigh of relief, her hand pressing now to his cheek, heedless of the dirt and blood - Phedre has no qualms about such things. "Blessed be," she whispers. "I did not suppose to see your face again so soon, sweet soul." She smiles, relieved, and a small tear goes down her face. Joy and chagrin commingled, we suppose.
