Jaenelle is housecleaning. Clearing out old spells, discarding old tangled webs, cleaning the cobwebs out of the spells she's maintaining in both her study and her room. Morton's walking through, minding his own business, and gets a whiff of the Ebony mist. It's just a small breath, but enough to shake loose a few lingering crackplots. He pauses for a moment and sneezes, then shakes his head to clear it before going on his way without noticing that anything's happened. The various crackplots that had caused him to fall for his friend Aaron, though, are gone.

Aaron is playing with Arianna when he smells a familiar psychic scent a moment before breathing in some of that mist. He wrinkles his nose in surprise, then relaxes when nothing untoward happens and resolves to ask Jaenelle about it one of these days. However, next time he sees Morton, his reaction will be a bit different than it has been.

Altra is wandering the halls, still in human form, from some previous crackplot. He doesn't mind being human, but he prefers his four feet and keener kitty-senses. He wanders through some mist, whch makes his nose twitch, even in human form, and suddenly his perspective changes to be much closer to the ground.

With a yowl that might be interpretted as joyful, he tears off back the way he came, tail flying behind him.
