Feeling the need for a change of scenery, David has taken himself to one of the common rooms. He's lit the fire, and settled himself in front of the hearth. Jareth drifts in, as he's prone to do during his visits to the mansion; this time he's on a search, and upon seeing David he asks, ".. I'm quite sorry to trouble you, but a goblin hasn't happened to have wandered through here, has it?"

[englishgent]

He's lost somewhere in his thoughts, and it takes him a few moments to register the voice and be pulled from his reverie, but when he does he turns and shakes his head a little. "No, no I'm afraid not." He doesn't look half as.. well.. smiley, as he usually is.

[jareth]

He sighs and scratches his head absently in thought, a small flurry of glitter rising into the air from it. "I suppose I shall simply have to wait for it to cause problem in order to locate it." He glances at David. ".. It has been some time David, how have you been?"

[englishgent]

"It's usually the way. When they need us, when they cause problems, they'll be right there waiting for us to jump in and save them." He's possibly thinking of Lestat.. a bit.

He shakes his head a little, an attempt to shake his mood with it, and smiles a little. "That it has, and I am always pleased to see you. I'm well." He lies. "Will you join me?"

Nicki hadn't spent much time wtih David since... well, yes, but did pause, debating whether or not to stop. He sighed and touched David's shoulder lightly, "Hello."

[englishgent]

Despite Nicki being one of the main focuses of his thoughts, it still takes him a while to be pulled from them and register both the hand and the voice. He turns, almost startled. "Nicolas... It's good to see you."

[impossiblenicki]

"And you as well..." He felt nervous, jumpy. But he tried to at least look calm and like he'd been sleeping. "You've -- been well, then?"

[englishgent]

"Oh I'm quite well." He lied, covering his discomfort with a false smile. "Will you sit a while, or do you have somewhere to be?"
