She shuts the door behind her and turns around, fully expecting to see a different room to the one that's in front of her. Passing a hand over her eyes, she opens the door again to see if anything is the same as it was not a moment ago. Nope, that's not the room she just left...
Turning, she puts her hands on her hips and speaks to the empty room, "

When Armand enters the main room and sees the girl, he pauses just long enough to make sure he's not wearing a sour face. "Mademoiselle?" he ventures carefully, trying not to startle her.

She blinks and looks over at the man. "Oh, hello!" He doesn't look like a threat, or like the type of person that would pull a stunt like this, so she doesn't immediately assume the worst. "I er, don't think I'm supposed to be here..." she shoots a glare at the door, "Do you suppose you could show me the way out, or tell me where I've managed to find myself?"

His accent isn't as strong as Fleur's, though when he's startled, he sometimes hesitates in searching for the next word. "I don't know a way to leave. Most people don't or can't. But... we call it the Mansion."

"Would you prefer me to speak in French?" She asks, to be polite, but also to use the French skills that she has, there aren't very many opportunities to use them.

"I heard the word 'research'," Remus remarks to nobody in particular as he enters the room. "I can only hope my name wasn't involved in it." He stops and smiles when he sees who it is. "Hermione! Hello!"

It's a familiar voice, but not one she expected to hear again. She watches him, gobsmacked, "Remus?" And tears even jump to her eyes, "But you, you're... now I know I'm dreaming."

He frowns and steps forward to give her a quick, awkward hug. "I know I am. It's the nature of this place, though. People who are dead can come back here. Harry's parents are here, Sirius is, Dora and I -- Snape and Dumbledore, too, among a number of others."

She clutches him back for a moment, just to make sure he's real, before pulling away. "I don't understand, but you have no idea how good it is to see you again." She gives him a teary smile. "Really? Harry's parents? He must be happy."

He's on his way to the kitchen when he spots Hermione. Really? She's back?

'Oi! You there!' He grins broadly, hoping to catch her attention.

Her head turns and a smile automatically appears, "Ron! What are you doing here!" For as far as she's concerned, he's still at the Burrow with his family and she's off... that's right, she's not.

He approaches Hermione and smiles despite the confusion. 'What am I doing here? What are you doing here! I thought you were in Australia.'

"Yes well, I thought I still was!"

"Hermione!" Harry exclaims, jumping up from the couch (but setting his broomstick, which he had been polishing, down more carefully first) as he sees her enter and go through the usual ritual of confusion, irritation, and resignation. "It isn't a joke, sorry. Or if it is, it's on a really big scale."

"Harry!" She grins when she sees him, but the smile fades a little as she concentrates on the information, "I'm confused, you mean to say this isn't home? But I was just there, someone would have had to cast a spell through the wards, and none of my alarms went off..."

As she spends most of her time in the main room these days, what with one thing and another (for one of those things, you never know when some little Hogwarts student is going to come traipsing through and tell you you're their great-aunt's third cousin twice removed or something, and it's best to keep on top of these things), Tonks is around when Hermione first shows up.

"Wotcher, Hermione!"

Not another one... "But, Tonks? Why... you're really here?" She's not sure what the hell is going on.
