It's not entirely obvious what Jaenelle was trying to do, but it seems to have leaked out of the room she is working in and spread out into the mansion in a sort of lavender, sweet smelling mist. It's relaxing, warm, and very pleasant. One drawback, though - if one breathes in even a little of it, they may become some sort of animal - probably one

Where one moment there was a Warlord Prince in a reasonably good mood, there is now a very large, very snarly silvery panther pacing the floor of the mansion, Grey Jewel still hanging around his neck. Chaosti Is Not Pleased.

Well, Chaosti, have another very not pleased Warlord Prince. Lucivar sees a familiar face and spreads his wings - the one still familiar thing - and flies over to perch on a closer chair, scowling. Well, he would, if eagles can scowl.

A familiar face? Really? The eyes maybe, and the growl... Either way, the panther that should be Chaosti sits back, tail lashing, and looks at the Ebon-Grey Jewel on the eagle for a moment before tentatively trying to speak to him. *Lucivar?*

More the smell, really. Lucivar opens and closes his wings. *Right on the first try,* he says dryly.

Cassandra was just watering some flowers. That was all! Really! But all of a sudden there is a arctic hare sitting in the middle of the path, very still, and just blinking. Really nervously.

Here's a very surprised looking stag. If a stag can be said to look surprised.

Here, then, is a very familiar looking wolf -- but he's not a werewolf, right now, at least. So he pads up and tilts his head at the stag, looking curious.

He snorts, and it comes out as a sort of harrumph, before he nudges the wolf with his nose.

Remus wags a small amount and sniffs at the stag, with a wolfish version of a smile.

He does it everyday, goes up and down the stairs and hallways to get tea or return teacups. Every. Day. But today, Armand gets a sniff of something sweet and glimpses the faint purple, and suddenly he's far smaller and furrier.

And everything looks dangerous! Where can he hide? Nose twitching dangerously, the small, black bunny hops as fast as he can to hide under a chair. Maybe if he stays very still, no one will notice him.

((Couldn't resist. I skipped the last kiddification, so little animals are just fine by me.))

She had no notion of what would happen to her if she went downstairs, but hunger soon drove her from the room Jaenelle had shown her to.

Finding the kitchen was easy, but before Imrhien could allow herself to steal some food, she became victim to the mist, and where once the scarred figure stood, a seabird stretches it's wings and flies out of the window with a mournful cry.
