Quiet except for the soft noises made by his footfalls, he continues to make his way along the hall, the lights reflecting off the pallor of his white skin and ridding it of the almost human colour that others of his kind took such notice of. If anyone would recognize him, it would be Daniel; it was, after all, his lengthy interview with Louis years ago that set into motion events that led Daniel to the embittered, semi-recovering alcoholic he's become. Still, walking around the corner from the kitchen and finding himself face to face with a vampire, especially one he hasn't seen in so long is more than a little disconcerting.
