Freyja is a bored goddess. This is never a good thing. There seems to be an inordinate amount of moping going on which is not cool by her book. So she has started a crackplot. Of course, she doesn't know it's a crackplot. She just thinks she's helping these poor, unfortunate mortals have some fun.
Therefore, if some one has had the inclination to do something but never actually did it, they will do so now. Inhibitions have been quite happily tossed out the window. If they've always wanted to have mindless sex they will go on a nymphomaniacal spree. If they always wanted to fight someone they will quite happily do so now and more.
Of course she is presiding over this from a nearby couch, always ready to make it more interesting.
Typist: She has basically heightened emotions, strengthened urges, and gotten rid of those pesky rules. But she may become bored and start changing people's shapes (at typist request) as time goes by.
