With dark red hair and stunning green eyes she is unmistakable. Lily Potter moves into the Mansion with Charlotte at her hip and her lips pursed into a careful line. She straightens and gives the place a once-over, searching for someone apparently.

"Was I missed?" She smiles, widely and she shifts her daughter to her side.

John smiled through a wince, "Heeey... James' girl, yeah?"

She smiled, softly. "Lily Potter, his wife."

"Are you all right?"

From the door. It seems he always picks good times to check in at the Mansion. "Where've you been Lily?"

"Taking a well-deserved break from the madness?" She offered with a smile. "Just here and there. How are you, Gideon?"

"At least in summer the castle is quiet." He checks her out from head to toe (not that way!). "You're looking well. James must be behaving for once."

"James? Behaving? I think the world may end." Lily grins. "He hasn't done anything too nasty."

To increase the ratio of non-Potter characters, have one small Greek boy, who will stare a moment before managing a timid, "Hi."

She smiles to him, her maternal instincts taking over and she crouches some. "Hello there."

He turns away shyly and says again, "Hi."

"What's your name?" She asks, softly. "I'm Lily. And this is Charlotte."

"Evans!" Sirius pounces! Or, more accurately, he descends, like a... descending thing. Swoops.

He's bored. And he really has missed her. "Lily, my darling. And Cherry!" He kisses both girls' cheeks. "How are you beautiful ladies?"

"Padfoot!" She laughs in delight and she wraps an arm around him, delighted.

"We're tenfold better seeing you, you handsome thing." She teased, happily. Charlotte stretched her arms out towards Sirius, laughing.

Sirius beams and scoops Charlotte into his arms, stealing her away from her mother.

He's very fond of children. And very good with them. "Hullo, there, little one! Have you missed me, sugar?" he asks, tossing her up in the air and catching her.

Sirius should be a father. He'd be wonderful at it.

"If you drop her, I will kill you." Lily warns, knowing full well that he would never do such a thing.

Charlotte squeals in absolute delight and moves to grip at Sirius' hair some.
