Mabon is back to his proper age again, and not at all happy about the reduction thereof; his younger self is something he never liked. The Mansion needs a remonstrance, and therefore, as of to-day, the walls are laid about with his own particular brand of Power ( Read more... )

Firekeeper walks into a room and is rather surprised by the sudden wealth of smells in the air. Her hackles rise automatically, and she hears a growl. Her ears swivel toward the sound, and she wheels to see Blind Seer snarling, his ruff raised to puff him up to half his size. Blind Seer? She says uncertainly, and suddenly realizes what is strange about this. She turns in a rapid circle to look at her tail and examines her paws. Romping in a circle around the bemused Blind Seer, she howls with glee. I'm a wolf! I'm really a wolf!

One moment, Tom was his normal human self, the next, he was a young foxhound. After some time spent chasing his tail, he starts sniffing around the mansion for something to hunt. But eating is also fun! So is barking! And playing! There is so much to do!

Omeomeome another dog!! He vaguely remembers that he is not really a canine, himself, but that does not matter; what matters is that he must stick his nose against Tom's rump and then bark madly.

And Tom has to circle him and yip excitedly at the younger dog.

Tyelkormo wags his tail madly, stretching out in an invitation to play.

Leviathan is settled at the bottom of her lake, eyes closed, soothing herself with the feel of the water, of the vibrations, of the warmth, the sun's ray pulled beneath the surface. And then-- and then she's a woman again. A beautiful, perfect woman.

The shock is nothing compared to the realisation that this body cannot stay here, cannot survive here. Her lungs too quickly fill with water and she chokes; she does not remember how to use her arms or her legs, and so she is saved only by instinct, by thrashing.

Naked and drowning, she surfaces.

...Well, goddammit.

Nemo tends to stay in the water, his Nautilus parked in here somewhere, and it makes him happy that he can watch her--upon seeing the woman, he hesitates somewhat, and then climbs to the roof of his ship and dives in, swimming to her.

She clutches at him, gasping and mewing, for she does not remember how to use her lungs either.

"Madam," he manages, now swimming with difficulty towards the shore. He's an expert swimmer, but not usually with a woman sticking to him. When he gets back to the ship he pulls her carefully to the roof, where there's a viewing platform and the metal is flat.

Well, Tyelkormo was wee, and now he is even wee-er, with an added dash of fluffy. He does not seem too put out by this turn of events, especially as he realizes just how good his nose now is. This, of course, means that everything and everyone must be sniffed.

Huan was already pretty big, and while he's not changed a whole lot in body mass, he's definitely taller now. And less furry. And seeing in color is a poor substitute for the fact that his nose might as well be filled with cotton, but hey, he's been here before.

His feet will soon be accosted by a small puppy with very big feet and a very cold nose. Whatever manners five-year old Tyelko had managed to get beaten into his head were totally shed along with his Elven body.

Tyelko's Tyelko, whatever the shape (and apparently he can tell despite the shape, thanks to mystical maybe-Maia skillz. Or something), and Huan grins (because he can) and leans down to ruffle him the way he knows, from personal experience, puppies like best to be ruffled.

Edgar hadn't been in the mansion an entire day before he fell victim to his first crackplot.

Ohmygod! A cat! It must be barked at. And Tom does start barking. A lot.

He hisses at the barking thing, teeth bared, shoulders hunched into the panther's typical pre-pounce position.

Ooooo! Maybe the cat wants to play?
