Sitting in the sun, enjoying the first warmth of spring, is Findarato. He's been carving bits of wood into small but detailed figurines, there are a few finished pieces in a small bag at his belt but the one in his hands is only barely begun. Tyelkormo has been outside as much as he can, of course, enjoying the spring air, always shadowed by a hound or two. He pauses when he sees Findaráto; this is one of the very few people he hesitates around.

[houndmaster]

"I could! And set up a betting pool."

"Good idea! I'd probably bet on them, though. Sorry." He grins.

[houndmaster]

"Oh, ye of little faith!" Tyelko tossed a small bit of stick at his head, not really aiming to hit.

[hewer_of_caves]

Finrod dodges easily and very maturely sticks his tongue out at Tyelko. "They'll be furious, and you'll be busy laughing." He grins.

[houndmaster]

He laughed. "Okay, okay, true. But we're the big brothers! -- or big cousins, in Angarato's case."

[hewer_of_caves]

Finrod nods, laughing as well. "Yeah, but that doesn't mean you're much bigger than them."

[houndmaster]

"No, but we're more experienced in their tricky ways."

[hewer_of_caves]

"I suppose you have a point." He grins and puts some finishing touches on the figurine. "Catch." He tosses the finished figure to Tyelko, a perfect little replica of the hound that had been following Tyelko.

[houndmaster]

Tyelko catches and looks over it, grinning. "If it were only bigger, I'd mistake it for my own hound every time."

He just grins and shrugs. "Maybe next time I'll make a bigger one, then." He just might, too, to test that.

[houndmaster]

Tyelko laughed, pocketing the figurine.

Finrod just smiles and starts peeling the bark from a fresh piece of wood, hopefully the figurine will be taken as it's intended, a small signal that all is forgiven. It's not in Finrod to keep a grudge for too long.

[houndmaster]

Tyelko does rather get that, and he is glad of it; he sends Finrod a grin, ruffling the fur of his real hound. "It's going to be a good summer here, I think."

Finrod grins back and nods. "I think it is."
