Tom really doesn't understand anything that was just said, but alcohol he gets. "Is it safe?" He's heard rumors about free food and drinks.

"Oh. Well in that case..." Tom goes for the first bottle he can reach which happens to be vodka. Not actually knowing what vodka is, he gets a glass and begins pouring it in.
