The Wiseman settled into a comfortable armchair with a sigh, gazing out, but not at anything. The Hat went wide eyed at the new surroundings and started trying to get the Wiseman's attention, "Hey -- hey you down there! Look where we are!" The Wiseman closed his eyes, then opened them again, "Ah, we've arrived somewhere."

Typist: The Wiseman,

Sarah stares, tilts her head and adjusts. "You."

It's a neutral tone as she studies the arrival.

The Hat sniffed a bit indignantly, "You again."

The Wiseman gazed past her for a moment, then refocussed and nodded, "The young girl. Did you..." He paused, momentarily looking deep in thought. The Hat rolled his eyes, "Not again." After a few more seconds of silence, the Wiseman finished his sentance, "Find where you were going?"

[jareth]

Jareth? Regards them with all the usual enthusiasm he ever shows for the other denizens of the Labyrinth.

"... And what are you doing here?"

[mentaltravail]

The Hat trilled at Jareth, "It's you!"

The Wiseman hushed his hat and nodded respectfully to his king, "Your Majesty."

[jareth]

"How did you come to be here, the goblins and I have been away for some time but.. I did not expect to find any others from the Labyrinth here as well."
And in contemplating this, Jareth looks vaguely troubled.

[mentaltravail]

"Don't look at me, I'm just a hat!" The Hat chirrupped, promptly shushed by its owner. The Wiseman paused, then answered, "I'm not sure, your majesty. I was walking and..." he spread his hands as if to say, 'here I am.'

"And here we are!" The Hat chimed in. The Wiseman sighed, "Yes, here we are."

((typist: I love you, whoever you are! I love the hat.))

A small Frenchman pauses on his way to the kitchen. "Did your hat just speak, monsieur?"

"What, you never seen a talking hat? Yeesh!" The Hat rolled his eyes and looked annoyed.

Armand splutters a bit. "Actually, no..."

[mentaltravail]

"Well that's silly!" The Wiseman, on the other hand, had fallen back asleep. The Hat look annoyed, "Can you believe this? Always he does this to me. So boring!"
