Oooh, it's a girl. He gives his most charming smile and bows, a little awkwardly, thanks to the armour. "Then, pretty mademoiselle, where is it?"

Why yes, it is a girl, a most beautiful one too. And she curtsies, extravagantly. "I am afraid no one knows. We call it The Mansion and try not to ask too many questions of it."

"I don't want to see him, but he was just there a few seconds ago." He gestures in front of him ineffectually. "On top of the church, there."

Gringoire thinks for a bit before he realizes, "Oh! You were seizing the cathedral! I'd forgotten all about that! Did it work?"

Jehan considers this, then shrugs. "Not really. The canons started to attack us, and then the hunchback joined in, so I went up to stop him."

"No hunchbacks around here!" Sirius says cheerfully. "Of course, I've only been here a week, so there could be one skulking about."

"So I've noticed," Jehan replies drily, but then gives a cheerful bow. "At least I'm not being threatened, anyway!"

"Oh, that's always a nice thing." Sirius offers his hand. "Sirius Black, pleasure to meet you."

Jehan shrugs and shakes his hand, smiling. "Joannes Frollo de Molendino, but Jehan's shorter."

Jehan gives her a charming smile, too -- it his best one, the one that makes most girls fall all over him. "Well, cherie, then I won't have anyone to rescue you from, and that's a pity."

"Then you'll know who to come to!" He grins and bows. "Jehan Frollo, mademoiselle."
