I know, I haven't posted here for ages. I do still read friends' posts on a daily basis, but my own social-media engagement seems to have shifted almost entirely to Facebook. I think that just became a better way to stay in touch with more people in the UK and elsewhere, and I don't seem to have made space for more than one active social medium

Yeah. I hate Captchas with a passion. Let me know if it continues not to work for you, and I'll see if there's a way to add your e-dress to the list without going through the process.

When I get a chance I will replace that Captcha with a reCaptcha, which most of the time just asks you to put a tick in a box to confirm that you are human.
Unfortunately there were a large number of spam sign-ups to the list which the Captcha has now stopped.
