We had kebabs. Maybe you should start kebabs marinating for tomorrow and have some nice merguez or something. If you don't have merguez, maybe you should poach some eggs in tomato sauce and come visit here, where we have a stall at our farmer's market where they sell a nice merguez.

We also have nice merguez at the farmers' market, which is every Saturday - except yesterday, when it was cancelled so that the whole town could be en fete for the Art and Wine festival. Which I ought to love, except that it is bad art and bad wine (bad wine! in California! how do they manage this?) and it displaces my beloved farmers' market. Grr.

Well then...eggs poached in tomato sauce? You can eat that while sulking about the lack of farmer's market, I expect. It is an easy thing to eat while sulking.

Or... you could make your own merguez. That way it's as hot as you want. They freeze beautifully.
