So I've been feeding this cat up the road for a week now (about) and usually it's really sweet but the other day when I was petting it, Megs (the cat) just lashed out and bit me - I'm not sure why because I didn't do anything to provoke it.
But it really hurrrrrrrrrrttttttsssss!

Haha, cats do that. My neighbours dog senses some kind of innate evil in me because it *loves* the rest of my family, but every time it sees me it walks up and tries to attack me or runs off terrified! I'm all covered in scratches, too, because Indie (you know, the puppy) wants to bite and scratch everyone and everything.

You could get it to be friends with you by rubbing its chin/ears or maybe giving it some milk!

Ouchiewawa. That looks like it hurts. I hope you'll still be able to have some use of your hand.

That's one of the reasons I have a mixed opinion about cats. They seem way more likely to turn on you than dogs.
