I must be locked out. Yup, blizz in all their infinite wisdom chose to lock me out of my own account last night. Now let me explain, Mark (who has had my account information for years. And been in and out of my account hundreds of times) logged into my account to fix something for me. In the very second that was happening, my account locked down ( Read more... )

You know, I have never once had a problem with any of Blizz' GMs. In all my dealings with them (and there have been a number) they have been unfailingly polite and helpful.

Also, I get locked out of my account every time I visit Dave, and then again when I come home. But then, I know the answer to my secret question and I still have all of my game keys, so... ~shrug~ It's never an issue, and I'm grateful for the security. It's like the bank locking my credit card when I make an unusually large purchase... I'd rather they question it and force me to contact them, then let it slide and have it one day actually BE something bad. ~shrug~

I know my answers too, Heather. Not to mention I copied the first 6 characters off my copy of the game. Neither worked.

I have had rude GMs no matter how nice I am. My guildie had one that threatened her and the guild and actually wrote an email to blizz because it got so bad. Oh, I've had nice one here and there, but that is more the exception than the rule.

And I certainly know enough people who have been hacked that have been treated rudely by blizz.

I've never had a lock down the numerous times Mark has been in my account. And still my question remains. If they do this to everyone? How come people are still getting hacked.
