There's a lot. Brazilian, Cajun/Creole, Egyptian, Ethiopian, Greek, Indian, Japanese, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Nuevo Latino, Spanish/Tapas, Thai.

Is it okay if Babel and Phoebe come along? I also asked Indy too but I haven't heard back from her.
