Let's just take the easy route and use pink for Babel. Since I suspect "RAINBOW! :D" is not an option to make a dot. Babel is silly.

Well, it is sort of an option as these colors are a bit metaphorical, but I was kind of thinking of giving rainbow to the !TARDIS, as kind of like a metaphorical representation of the chameleon circuit.

I have no color to suggest for Time Lords. TIME is not a color. ...well, it is, but not a consistent one. XD

(Ves just made the oddest õ_o at the description of the color proper, though.)

The Vortex seems to occasionally be an alcohol-flame whiteblue? And Time Lords do read a bit like angels in other ways - lifespan, body temp...

To go with the cats' purple, I suppose the sensible thing for a talking magpie would be an irridescent blueblack.
