Paul's Mum very kindly gave me a set of ten fat quarters. Aren't they beautiful?

Aren't they yummy? I spent all yesterday afternoon shuffling them, to see which colours went together. :)

I have been doing test knitting of a made up Nicola pattern over the weekend. I used the wrong wool so it isn't right, but still, I'm getting there. Photos to follow!

All of my knitting has come to a grinding halt at the moment, because of my stupid wonky wrist. Annoying, as I didn't finish my green cardigan while it was still cold enough to wear it, and now I want to knit up the summery stringy top I've been plotting!
