I try to leave the bigger items for the younger Scavengers. You lot just have more energy to spend dragging them out into the elevator. I'm good at scrounging smaller things, if I can rank myself. Here's the noncommisioned stuff I've picked up in the last week.

Probably not. But it seems like a knife this size would be heavier and thicker than this thing - it's still shaped like a sword.

Sure. It's a bit too heavy and balanced to be a toy. Not to mention sharp, though I think time in the Yard has dulled the edges a bit.

[TL:DR ahead.

Part of him - that suspicious, cruel part, which at night asks what the Rogues would think of Leader living like he does, the part that wants to test everyone he knows - immediately goes "How much would you pay?" and wants... something. Not money.

A hand in something, maybe. That part of him, never really quiet except when he's flying, wants him to be more active in daily life in the Sphere, and this? A perfect way to start.

In the end, Rogue slaps down that part of himself, like he always does, with the usual flicker of unease. He'd rather spend his time flying, and that... nascent political side isn't going to keep him from that.]

[His first instinct is to just pay immediately--what's money to him? He rarely spends it, anyway. But neither does he wish to appear desperate, especially if that means displaying any sort of weakness. If Rogue persists, he'll pay the moon for it, of course.]

Bit much for a case you can barely read, isn't it?
