My landlord stopped by last night at 11. I was getting ready for bed, because, hello, I get up at 6:30. Turns out there is an appraiser looking at the building today at 10AM, and he "just found out about it."

What a dick. In my book, you don't knock on anyone's door at 11pm unless it's a true emergency. And I wouldn't think that would quite be an emergency.

For serious. He has always had boundary issues, though. He lives right upstairs, and feels like if he knows that I'm up, that it's an ok time for a visit.

I used up all of my cleaning for 2007, unfortunately. But look me up after the new year.

Man, that sucks. I'm dreading our next 48 hours prior to inspection notice because I know those two days will be lost to cleaning the place up.
