Woke up at 4:30 this morning. Good times. Breakfast was Nutella on fresh bread, which was actual good times, so I suppose I shouldn't complain ( Read more... )

It has to be an in-person interview. But I think the librarian here is going to be available, so I'm in the clear.

Try "The Conjugial Angel" in Angels and Insects ... if you don't mind the fact that it smacks of Alfred Lord Tennyson slash fiction ;-)

That Scooby-Doo-in-the-graveyard ending was ridiculous. "Really, Booker Prize winner? This is how you're ending your novel?"

The coda was lovely; however she squandered all of my goodwill with that end. Blech.
