Well what a flop the first day was! I utterly over-ate for dinner and now I feel like an obese whale.
I managed to follow the plan up until dinner time and then decided to just got all out. Idiota! Goal for tomorrow is to consequently have a small dinner.

This is going to sound really weird, but you actually have to eat in order to lose weight.
I am also in the process of trying to lose weight, but instead of trying it on my own, I joined Weight Watchers and I couldn't be more happier. I don't know if you've tried it or not, but it's an amazing program with fantastic results. I really do advise that you join. :)
