My physical fitness, it is laughable. Hear me laugh. ... Once I've got my breath back.

I went jogging. First jog of the year, wheeeeee! Okay, due to wintery laziness and resulting unfitness I alternated between jogging and walking, one song this, one song that. But I say it still counts. First jog of the year ( Read more... )

:D

Also, go to the sekkrit place. I am re-organizing, or rather, organizing, and some shoulder-patting would be nice.

I would just about rather be dead than jog.

It's very spring-like here, too. Rain, wind, floods, tornadoes - wheeeee!
But below freezing by the weekend, fun fun. So, not *really* spring.

*twirls you*

It always costs me quite an effort to actually go jogging, but then I like it. I like the fresh airand the sun and the fields and meadows and the trees and the river... And I feel better when I do go, and go regularly. My body and my mind.

Well, it cannot get colder again here. I have declared spring.

:D *happy-dances*

Heeeeee!
I like to walk, to swim, to climb, to ride horses. To row, even, but not to jog. Just...no.

But yes, regular get-up-and-freakin'-move movement is always good. I've been doing something similar in the house, using these resistance bands. Good workout and it makes my muscles sore, so i know it's working. Makes my blood move, too, which i need desperately.

Lots and lots and lots of rain here today. Yay!

Swimming, climbing, riding, and rowing would all be nice, but would also need preparation, organization, some even investment. To go jogging I only need good weather and a pair of sneakers. *shrugs* Purely practical reasons.

Indeed! :D It's still only teeny tiny speckles of fresh green, but it's a start!

*hoards sunshine* Thanks! *warms hands on it*

How ironic that I'm green with jealousy over your green buds.

Living in one of the sunniest, warmest corners of germany does have its advantages.
