My journey back took seven hours, which is ridiculous considering how much less far than you I had to travel.

Next year is so far away.

Well, the actual flight was only 1 1/2 hours. Everything else was trains and busses and waiting.

Maybe your international mobile was thinking that, sicne you don't speak German, you don't have to text German phones?
