This is a long entry (but the other two will be shorter), and it includes a couple of pictures, no interesting ones though, we didn't bring a camera, (which is why it's behind a cut) and some song-downloads

You know, you get all my hopes up with promises of songs about incest and then they're not even in the post. *shakes head mournfully and looks at you reproachfully* I am v. v. disappointed.
*grins* Sounds like you had fun. Am downloading the music because my German music is sadly, sadly lacking. I think I have all of one song, and that's just because I giggled while I watched Run Lola Run.
I'm still v. v. disappointed. No incest songs for Rahmi. *unhappy face* *pets* Thanks for sharing, by the way. They're cool, even if I have no flippin' clue what they're singing about.
Yep. Where she screams, "Many! Or Mani, however it's spelt." a lot. And, yeah, the song is wish. And, no, I don't know what else it is you're babbling about.
I can get the lyrics and do a bit of translating for you if you'd like to know.
I. I've never seen it. Watched some excerpts, but didn't really like it. I only know the song, and that Franka Potente plays Lola. W00t!?! You really don't know Schuh des Manitu!?! Barfuss is not that important. I just kinda liked it, and I hardly ever like a German movie.
Spamming, sorry! I like the Finnish song. I haven't gotten the German ones to download yet, but I shall patiently wait for them to finish downloading. *twiddles thumbs* *looks around* Hi.
Spam ahead! Since you are the only one who has commented I loffs you to pieces for it. M< flist is nice, really, but sometimes I am slightly annoyed that most of them either don't read their fpage or don't deem it neccesary to comment more often than once a month. Not their kind of mucis? They don't have to tell me they like it, they just have to say they are glad I had fun.
I might get more from them should the sister get it. She downloaded that one for me because I begged her, and still had it on her hard drive months later. That could be a good sign.
Wait patiently?!? But. I spammed you inbox yesterday! You should be desperate! Don't tell me lj didn't sent you notifies!
I see you now have over twenty three comments, so I think your flist may have seen that as a challenge of some sort. It's good to be loved, isn't it? *grins*
Hee. I shall wait and see if the sister has more of their music. I like.
Well, I wasn't really signed in when I wrote this comment, and I didn't have access to my emails because it hated me, and then I got bogged down doing the recs for my sister, and now my inbox has twenty comments and it is love. *glows happily*
Eh, half of them is from me, a quarter from you, and another quarter from tootsiemuppet... *feels unloved by rest of flist ('cept for Sea, she's forgiven coz she's abroad)*
Whee songs! Yay! Go and tell all your friends (or those you think might be interested)! First time I did something with downloads, so I feel the need to be petted and told I did good.*looks up expecant*
Hee, Grace. I like Grace. Actually I love her. If only she wouldn't always tempt me with shiny shiny things, evilmermaidof temptation that she is... And she's the only one who can see me when I'm online and in ICQ's invisible-mode. Great honor.
Oh my goodness! *reads all the comments that are really about herself* I've stumbled upon a secret society that's all about ME! O_O
Eee!
(Good job on the downloads and pictures and pretty format and detailed report, which, erm, I didn't read because I'm not a rocker and it's all Greek to me, but it looks very nice, and you've got the job of magazine layout editor for my fanzine. *pats you on the back* Good minion! Goooood LJer!)
*falls to her knees and renders homage to The Grace*
(Thank you! Thank you very much for telling me I did good and commenting even though the entry isn't of any actual interest to you. *scowls at rest of flist* See how it's done?)
And you know, musicians of the same genre always seem to look the same. The ones in your pictures all kind of look the same (except for Die Arzte, because they look like they don't take themselves super-seriously. They look like they have fun instead of trying to impress people with their awesomeness

Could be my fault for picking these pictures, but hey, you're right (silly me, of course you are right. You are Grace!)
Die Ärzte really are having fun. You should hear their interaction on stage. Sometimes they change some lines in the lyrics, e.g. in that one song the lyrics go You just love him because he's got a car, and not like me a rattly ladies' bike, and they sing You just love him because he's got no car, and not like me a Porsche, leaving all the fans singing along hanging. And! They were wearing suits! I've never seen them wearing suits before! More andmore bands are wearing suits as a rule, and of course they had to come and persiflage that. Oh, and on day three we had another band from Berlin at RiP, and the Ärzte asked the fans during their concert to form a speaking choir when that band was on stage and tell them that they send them their regards. They may call themselves 'best band of the world', but no holier-than-thou band would waste time on stage to have the fans practice greetings to another band

Lola Rennt? Of course, she knows that one, but not Schuh des Manitou or Barfuss. That song could be Wish?
