my main, non-spoiler-y complaint about the latest potter film is that it was too rushed. honestly, another 15 minutes of exposition or at least just some shots of the characters walking places instead of having seven million jump-cuts would have been nice. they're over here! wait no, they're over here! gah. at least luna was completely delightful

my room mate told me about these things they have in texas- i forget what they're called (thank god), but apparently they're like, tarantula-esque or something. and they just hang out in your house. i was horrified.
