You're allowed to be 10% + 2mph over the posted speed limit, so 35 is just - JUST - okay. If you'd been doing 1mph more then I'm sure they'd have carted you away in bracelets to feel the full weight of the law and we'd have to organise a Free Dermo campaign with badges and a rubbish concert.
