Mom made a dinner that was nearly of Christmas quality. When i got home from practice, i found a pan filled with chicken and dumplings (Christmas at my house usually involves a lot of southern food). This is odd seeing as the most elaborate dinner this week was rice and a salad. I am happy. Confused... but very happy.
