Nah, I don't think she's going to make him a Doll. Adelle probably thinks that forcing Dominic to do something against his will/loyalty is the crueler than making him to an Active because he's going to remember everything.

I'm thinking that this is one of the AUs that I might continue after finishing the bingo. Hee.
