I am so, so sorry. I just saw your edit to Tuesday's post, and I want to assure you there is nothing at all ridiculous about your grief. Our animal friends become part of the family, and having to make that choice for one of them is always agonizing. I am crying for your sadness, and with thoughts of beloved pets I've lost. Your words are a beautiful tribute to Pastor and the loving relationship you had with him.
