DW Season Openers vs Season Finales... My thoughts!

After reading this post over at doctorwho  I started to consider the question suggested... of the ones I have seen, which seasons have either the better opener or finale when compared to each other? Incidently this is also a rather enbarassing means of realising that there's a lot of great Classic Who

I can't believe you haven't seen the Key to Time arc! That's been out on DVD for awhile now, so no excuses. ; )

Yyyyyeah, have it all on DVD already, just not got round to watch it yet. (Stares at ground akwardly.)

As stated in the Watchathon poll I did I'm tackling Season 26 first (already watched the TV version of Battlefield - will be watching the Special version as part of a new at least weeklything I'll be doing for reviewing Who on my Blog) but Key to Time will be right after that, probably with Invasion of Time just before that. (on account of that I hold it too and haven't seen that yet either.)
