have been thinking about getting a tattoo--on my breast. good idea or good idea? i need advice. it's kind of a theological decision, as i cannot be buried in a jewish cemetery if i have permanent markings. but i would love to have some kind of reminder of this semester and ireland itself. something simple is what i am thinking.

i vote for the ass map. so when we're ghost hunting in Cairo, we don't have to carry a map. You would just never be able wear underwear, bc the map has to be easily accessible.

...or one of the crosses, because we have one of those above out door at home.

Honestly, it's not SO big a theological decision in that the cemeteries most likely to turn you away are the Orthodox Jews who wouldn't want to count you as a Jew anyway.

Refusing to give honor to the dead is as against God's law as getting a tattoo, and I honestly think you could still be buried the way you want.

That being said, I like the idea of a celtic knot for you rather than a cross.
