I keep coming back to re-read this. Such a beautiful gentle story with such a sting in its tail. It's so subtle and understated that it's easy to overlook just how powerful it is. Great job!

Oh god.....
As soon as we got to the bit about Jack treating him like he's made of glass, I knew.
How far back has Jack come... and what will current-Jack say when Ianto gets home.
