Millennium's an organisation for the splendid tune of war - soon to be re-established in the City by me.

Luke Valentine - who, I assume, you know - has been undercover for a while now, still belonging to us. Which he expects you to treat discreetly, I'm certain.

Lately, I've been having fun with the City. We decided it would be a good time to also strengthen his being undercover, so he might be among the victims, soon. A little performance~.

You might be the one his duties fall to in this time and therefore should know in advance to prepare. I'm not sure what he meant by that, but I assume you do?
He planned to tell you for a while, anyway.

Besides, it's prudent to have someone to vouch for me, for this, in case there are... complications.

While I know the little Lady Road, I regrettably did not know you - but he insisted on me telling you both, yes.

A pleasure fighting with you on my side, Lieutenant. Perhaps we could do something similar another time, a time when I'm not plagued by hallucinations? I'm generally a bit more...efficient. More planned.

The City exacerbated it. I am generally able to keep myself under control. Though, I don't generally choose to think much about the Time War. That particular aspect was completely the City.

Only as long as we continue to talk about any sort of perceived wrong-doing. I have some sort of ridiculous "one chance" deal with the Doctor. It's completely tedious and I'm certain I'd be able to escape whatever he did to me eventually but it'd be so boring until then. Not that I think he's stupid enough not to have noticed my actions yesterday, only that in public, it has to seem as if I did it completely against my will. Anything else you'd like to talk about may, of course, be unfiltered.

Ah, yes. The City likes to do all kinds of things to oneself. These hallucinations are a rich source it could draw from, so I'd recommend being careful.
