[A stunningly white dove flutters in from Lulu Bell's room and perches on the back of a chair, eying Rip wryly--if, of course, doves can do such a thing.]

[The dove--which is, of course, Lulu Bell, although she has conveniently neglected to make her full range of shapeshifting powers known to her flatmates--perches on the extended hand with a hop and a coo. Why not? If the City wants to play this game, a vampire can be Noah and a Noah can be the dove of peace.

Lulu Bell may not have a sense of humor, but she appreciates irony.]

I got cursed, unfortunately. One of the few where I knew it was happening. So now I'm shipwrecked on some previously unknown part of the island.

Oh, the machines- I can help you with those, definitely. They are rather delicate as far as programming goes. I usually manage it with telekinesis. I'll be glad to help you once I've found my way back. I have a feeling it'll be another day.

How uncomfortable. Are you sure that's a curse? Though I'm curious, how is it there where you're ended up?

Very good! Unfortunately I do lack your telekinesis, so that is appreciated. Difficult to plan anything without control.
