I never used to understand why people in new relationships abandoned their friends. Now I get it. No one else compares anymore.

Not exactly. Jake and I are a couple... just not a romantic couple. We're not going to sleep together but he's perfect for me. Perfect fit. Even the fact that we aren't going to sleep together is perfect, since we're both mostly asexual. (Sorry to burst the illusion.)
