> How can someone have Monday morning blues when they are not working? :)

Just because you are not working in an office, it doesn't mean you don't work, and so yes you very much can have Monday morning blues:-)

When in doubt
Talk about
What you can't do
To your LJ friends....
They'll tell you what you CAN do, too;
They'll finish the blues bout
Bring your smile back out...
And the dullness comes to an end!

Thanks Prem.

Working or not working - Mondays and Blues are part of life, they will have to happen - together or separately; there is just no escape - till the time we escape! (from this world).

There might be people who are good at a couple of things - But I have not very often come across someone who is Good at all those things that you have mentioned at the same time. So Deepa - you are of a genre which is not very common. Cheers!

Do you know that you gave me a point of view that I had not thought of at all! You really cheered me up. I think I should think more of what I can do and not about what I cannot do. Thank you....

Exactly what I was going to say. It's the combination of qualities & interests that make you & your skill set unique.

So you want to set yourself apart ? Maybe you can do something to combine your unique set of talents and interests.

Write a photo blog about cooking & sewing that is also illustrated by you. :-)

You are definitely of a genre that is not very common. You are a special person in whom so very many talents and interests coincide; it's a pleasure to know you.

As for excellence... who is the judge of it, anyway? Things that are derided in one generation become the celebrated works of another, and sometimes, anyway, a child's drawing in the sand or someone singing a lullaby to her baby speak more profoundly than a Rembrandt painting or--pick a famous singer of any type :-) You live with your full heart--that passion permeates what you do.

Heh, heh, I want to become the celebated works of this generation and see it! :) No, not really, I think that fame is not a great thing

That was a lovely compliment, thank you A! But the thing is, one sees people who are so much better at something one does, and while, for the most part, it doesn't bother one..there are the odd moments when it *does*!

I guess it is the equivalent of Donald Trump who was very happy at having one entire floor of Trump Tower dedicated to being his home..until he crossed the road and found that Adnan Khashoggi had dedicated TWO floors of his skycraper....!

After lot of rumination and cogitation, i have come to conclusion that the rest of the population stand in admiration of an aberration because they dont have the inclination or the dedication to match his/her obsession !

Put simply, I think *most* experts(greats... call em what u may ) are wierd/abnormal in some sense, which is why they are able to stand out. And sadly, the rest of the "normal" populace, feel belittled by measuring themselves against these wierdos...
